How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

How can I change my shipping address?
We will do our best to accommodate change requests; however, we cannot guarantee updates will be made before your order ships. If your order is headed to an incorrect address, please email us at woofywagger@gmail.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to accommodate changes or cancellations but cannot guarantee updates before shipment. For pre-orders, modifications can only be made during the pre-order period. Contact woofywagger@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll assist you with any concerns.
Please note that our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update tracking details.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?
Occasionally, tracking systems experience minor delays, but they should update within a day or so.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused or unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are simple! Unused or unworn items (excluding pre-order items) can be exchanged within 30 days. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

What if my gift recipient wants to exchange or return their item?
Gift recipients may exchange or return unused items within 30 days of purchase.
